Even among all those accomplishments, Rich’s vision has always been to create Agent Smarty Pants, a platform where he can share his extensive (and opinionated!) knowledge on a large scale, gather the greatest minds in real estate to educate and challenge the status quo, and ultimately, renew the ‘real’ in real estate.




An executive to the core, Obie has over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. With a genuine passion for real estate and entrepreneurship, he geeks out about the nuts and bolts of business as it relates to process, structure, and financial management.

But don't let his enjoyment of systems fool you. Obie is as friendly, loyal, and down-to-earth as they come and he truly enjoys using his knowledge to help entrepreneurs build and run their business like a business...and a boss.



Don Stanek has 30 years of experience in Home Sales, Home Sales Management, and Coaching Agents to be their very best.  He is the founding member of REagile Coach and currently serves as its Principal.  Don Stanek has overseen 3.5 billion dollars in transactions throughout his career.  As a Founding Member of REagile Coach, Stanek has taken his vast professional experience and created an agile-based Sales Coaching and Private Mentoring platform that currently serves the needs of Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, and an array of self-employed Individual Contributors and Sales Leaders.  He attributes his success to his relentless pursuit of selling excellence and the discipline he acquired while serving in the United States Marine Corps.
